3. Bookings and Appointments

Le client doit informer Y CLEAN of the presence d'pets domestiques on les lieux. Les pets doivent etre securises in un endroit on durant la prestation de service. Y CLEAN ne peut etre tenu responsable of incidents impliquant of pets domestiques.

12. Loyalty card and carte cadeau

• La loyalty card permet d'obtenir a free cleaning after 10 cleanings completes.
• Les cartes cadeaux sont non remboursables and non echangeables contre of the argent.
• Y CLEAN se reserve le droit de modifier les conditions de ces programmes with un preavis raisonnable.

13. Electronic Contracts and Signatures

By subscribing to a recurring plan with a discount, the client agrees to sign an electronic contract via our website. This contract includes:

• An electronic signature captured via a digital canvas
• Specific conditions for the chosen plan (minimum number of services, notice period, penalties for early cancellation)
• The client's commitment to maintain the chosen frequency to benefit from the applied discount

The electronic signature has the same legal value as a handwritten signature under Quebec's Act to establish a legal framework for information technology (LCCJTI). The client receives a copy of the signed contract by email. In case of cancellation before the contract term, services already performed will be billed at the regular rate (without discount).

14. Electronic Communications

By using our services, you agree to receive electronic communications (emails and SMS) regarding your bookings, contracts, and service notifications. These communications are sent via Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), a GDPR-compliant platform. Only your name and email address are transmitted to Brevo for message delivery. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by contacting us at info@yclean.ca.

15. Modifications of Conditions

Y CLEAN reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of our services after publication of changes constitutes acceptance thereof.

16. Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec, District of Montreal.
